Seasonal Beast ticket sales are final, and tickets can't be refunded or exchanged. Our event tickets are digital; you'll receive an email confirming your ticket purchase, and your name and number of tickets will be added to the event guest list. You won't receive a physical ticket. You might be required to provide proof of purchase to enter an event - showing your confirmation email on a device or on paper will be fine.
1. Do you have a real shop as well as on online shop? Is it open to the public?
Nope. Seasonal Beast is an online shop, and our products are also available to buy at some of our wonderful science & nature events. Our events take place in different venues around Ireland.
2. Are all of the products shown on your website in stock?
All products are in stock unless marked "Coming Soon" - those ones are sneak peeks of products we're awaiting stock of.
4. How do I know my order has gone through?
You'll receive a confirmation email upon successfully placing your order. Please use this to check that your order details and delivery address are correct. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact us, and we'll confirm whether your order went through.
5. Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed, we should be able to cancel it before it's dispatched. Please contact us for more information. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the usual returns procedure.
1. When will my order be dispatched? When will I receive my order?
We try our best to process and dispatch orders the day they're placed. In the unlikely event of a delay, you'll be promptly advised.
Orders dispatched to addresses in Ireland are usually received within a day or two.
Orders dispatched to addresses in the UK and Europe are usually received within 10 days.
Orders dispatched to addresses in the USA and Canada are usually received within 14 days.
Orders dispatched to other parts of the world can take up to 30 days.
2. Do you deliver worldwide? How much is delivery?
Yes, Seasonal Beast delivers worldwide. Delivery starts at €2. The delivery charge depends on your location and the size of your order. The delivery charge for your order is displayed at checkout before you pay.
3. How is my order being delivered?
Small orders dispatch by regular post, and larger orders by express recorded Priority Post. Tracking information is provided to you for Irish orders over 250g, European orders over 2kg, and all other international orders over 1kg.
1. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for orders placed online. By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the goods to you. We also accept direct bank transfer payments, cheque payments and postal orders. 2. How do I know ordering with you is safe?
Online credit and debit card payments are securely processed through Stripe Payments, a leading international online payment gateway. Through Stripe, Seasonal Beast provides buyers with superior payment security. As all credit and debit card details are processed to the highest security standards, Seasonal Beast has no access to your credit or debit card details when you place an online order – these are kept top secret. Your personal details can only be accessed by us so that we can process your orders. Your credit or debit card details are not stored at all. We promise to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003.
